Confab Kitchen & Bar launched at the Parkside at Dresden development in Brookhaven approximately a year and a half after it was first announced. According to a recent article in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Doug Gross, the former owner of Kaleidoscope, is now running the restaurant. The restaurant’s real launch was just announced on social media, despite the initial announcement being made public in November 2023.

The brewery revealed the new idea on social media in June after Glide moved. Midway through July, the Perimeter Summit development in Brookhaven saw the opening of two sister eateries from STHRN Hospitality: a food truck called Pizza Stop and a cafe called Little Gem. On weekdays, Little Gem will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, Pizza Stop will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
