Morning Business Report: Jeep tops list of most patriotic brands in America
LILAMAX This year’s Brand Keys poll of 1,350 firms has once again ranked Jeep as the most patriotic brand in the United States. Since World War II, the recognizable off-road vehicle brand has stood for American tenacity, independence, and adventure. Given its strong ties to American industry, Ford comes in at number two on the list. The F-150 is one of many of its most well-known automobiles that are produced in the United States. Apple, Levi Strauss, and Coca-Cola complete the top five, all of which are renowned for their significant cultural influence and strong American identity.
“Brands that can authentically engage consumers via patriotism always see better behavior, better return on investment, and better bottom lines,” says Robert Passikoff, president of Brand Keys.
The study measures public opinion about the U.S. military even though it focuses on for-profit businesses. Consumers once again gave the Armed Forces—which include the Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, and Space Force—the highest overall rating.
