Hollywood Minute: Shari Lewis documentary, Netflix cancellation, and Ozzy Osbourne reunion
CNN: A well-liked character in children’s television is being highlighted in a new documentary. The story of Shari Lewis, the entertainer who enthralled decades of young audiences with her ventriloquist puppet Lamb Chop, is told in Shari and Lamb Chop. The movie examines her capacity to relate to kids, her inventiveness, and her tenacity following the cancellation of her well-known show. On July 18, Shari and Lamb Chop will be available in a few theaters.
In the meanwhile, The Residence has been discontinued by Netflix. There won’t be a second season of the murder mystery series that stars Uzo Aduba as eccentric private investigator Cordelia Cupp. Originally intended to be an anthology, the show would follow a different case every year.
For a one-night show, rock icon Ozzy Osbourne will perform alongside his original Black Sabbath bandmates. This Saturday, July 5th, in Birmingham, England, the heavy metal legends will be the main attraction at the Back to the Beginning concert.
