Free summer camp for kids ages 8-14 offered by Bibb County Sheriff’s Office
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and the Bibb County Board of Education Campus Police are hosting a free Summer camp, according to a news release.
The Bibb County Summer Safe Camp is open to children between the ages of 8 and 14.
Camps will be the following dates:
- June 16th through June 19th at Ballard Hudson Middle School, 1070 Anthony Road, from 9AM to 2PM.
- June 23rd through June 26th at Appling Middle School, 1646 B Upper River Road, from 9AM to 2PM.
- July 7th through July 10th at Weaver Middle School, 2570 Heath Road, from 9AM to 2PM.
According to the sheriff’s office, The total capacity for each site is 100 children.
You can register at any of the camp sites mentioned, the Bibb County Sheriff Outreach Section. Spaces are still available. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
